A brief explanation of the process

From first contact discussing the project, taking a few dimensions or a site visit to gain some information and work on an initial quotation. 

Hopefully the quotation is to acceptance and the job is booked into the schedule. 

Now the fun starts. Nearer the workshop time the design process begins by creating scaled drawings for approval and tweaking until the perfect item of furniture is on paper. I always say I will ask too many questions, if you are having something made every detail needs to be right. At this stage I ask for 30% stage payment to enable the ordering of materials in readiness to make a start. 

Into the workshop, the dream becomes reality. Customers are welcome to call into the workshop and see their project being crafted.

Installation on an agreed date, everything possible has been pre-fitted in the workshop to make this as swift as possible with minimal disruption. Hopefully the item of furniture is all as hoped and offers years of service.
